The vinyl is specifically formulated for long term use in swimming pools. It features excellent physicalproperties to resist tearing and puncture, cracking at low temperatures, UV degradation, fungus growth, algaegrowth and chemical bleaching.MEGNA POOLS uses computer aided design (CAD) to custom design each pool liner to the exact specifications ofyour pool. We then use a patented rotary cutting machine to cut the pool vinyl for each swimming pool.MEGNA POOLS employs reliable and durable high-frequency molecular welding machines to bond the vinyl intothe shape of your swimming pool. High-Frequency Molecular Welding isStronger than invisible style seams!MEGNA POOLS uses reliable and durable high-frequency molecular welds in the fabrication ofall our pool liners. This process has been used in the industry for over 50 years and has provento be the best and longest lasting method of sealing swimming pool vinyl. A high frequencymolecular weld produces a seal stronger than the material itself!OUSEDLOOXF RDOIN THIS PPool liners are fabricated from roll material, seaming of the material is required to fit the customshape of each swimming pool. Seams may be visible upon close inspection of finished pool liner,however from normal viewing distance under water, seams do not usually distract from theoverall appearance of the swimming pool.
